Copy and Paste as Block

I just got the update to 2023 Autodesk, and I am trying to copy and paste within my drawing but there is no choice to paste as a block or even just paste.  I have restarted the program to see if something was hung up, but nothing is working. Can someone help explain how to make this work again so I can continue with what I was doing.

Thanks,

Where are you looking for that in AutoCAD2023 please?

Did you ask AutoCAD2023 to find it for you? Start HELP and click on the button

HINT: it's here in AutoCAD2023 with that "clipboard" PANEL turned on

After reading some of the comments in the community, it sounds like it could be the memory. I just had my PC replaced with one of those little systems and they said they had it setup for AutoCAD, but it is glitchy and will not past as said in post. My IT folks are getting another stick of RAM to install, and we will see if that works. They may have to reinstall it altogether. but I will see before anything else. Thank you for your help.
