CAD 2007 crashing while in use

I am finding issues when copying and pasting that my system is crashing. Should I be limiting my file size or the amount of information that I am copying and pasting?

The first thing that would come to mind is how is the ACAD 2007 installed; no upfront reason to expect there to be a problem with those system specs.

Are you an administrator on the System and was the 2007 installed using XP mode?

Does the problem occur in all drawings? Were any problem drawings created in newer versions and saved back to 2007 format?

You do know that R2007 is not supported in WIn7, right? So with that in mind, did the problem just start or was it always present in Win7 but not in your older PC?
Is Win7's Aero theme turned off?
Does this happen with ALL files, or just a few, or just one?
