What if you will create (temporary) new account on your Mac, than login to it and try to launch AutoCAD?
Does it go?

This means that you probably have a problem with activation.
What kind of licence do you have?
Did you have AutoCAD installed on your Mac before?

Do you see Autodesk 360 icon on the menubar?
If yes, than click on it and choose "Exit" - try to launch AutoCAD again.

Could you also post here the contents of System.log (from Console application) at the moment when you are trying to launch AutoCAD?
