I know AutoCAD comes with a library of blocks that can be inserted into drawings, and it is easily found on my Windows version of AutoCAD when I type in AC Center. However, I have looked in my Program Files, Autodesk, and other files in my Mac version and I cannot find a library anywhere. Can anyone offer any direction? Am I wording the problem correctly?
Thx-

I don't know anything about Mac version (I think there is actually a separate forum for Mac version), but you might try http://seek.autodesk.com/
The CADWhisperer YouTube Channel
I knew I could Google "free blocks" and get results, I just was unaware that I had to build up my own library in the Mac version. Do you know why a materials library was not already built into AutoCAD MAC? Also, I read and understand why the interface is different, I just don't understand why Autodesk would'nt throw in a few standart elements in a library like the Windows versions.
Thank you!!

But standard Autodesk material library comes with AutoCAD for Mac
Shortcut for Material browser (palette) is Command+8
You can also look at some tutorials about assigning materials and rendering in AutoCAD for Mac here:
