Viewport in Paper Space with Flickering and Blue Lines

Hi there Group,

I'm in Paper Space, Autocad 2015, and the model is appearing in the Viewport as blue, and flickering.  Most of the time, I have to keep clicking to get the Viewport to show the object, and the Viewport line is blue, and the object is blue.

See attached picture of the issue.

What commands can remedy this problem?  (or is it software or hardware doing the defect?)

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
You are using AutoCAD 2015 for Windows (and this is Mac specific forum). But anyway, I can say that you see new selection highlight feature - with Hardware Acceleration turned ON you will get such way of selection highlighting Instead of old fashioned thickening and dashing.

Thank you Maxim.

My problem is the Viewport isn't taking into Paperspace.  I'm not trying to thicken or change linetypes.  I'm opening up a new template from Autocad offerings, which has "Model" and "Layout" (Paperspace) tabs.  I should be able to open a Viewport in the Layout, and in comes the model.

This is not happening.  So, since I'm new to Autocad 2015, I'm thinking I need to change settings somewhere.  Or, my hardware (computer) isn't adaptable to Autocad 2015.

Should I be looking at my Styles, set up?  Any suggestions are welcomed.  And thanks for being here.
