Product code different to installation code

I currently have autocad 2014 for MAC, and have just downloaded the new 2015 version, when I get to the screen which askes for the serial number and product code I placed the same code as the 2014 version and it didn't work. Is this going to be a different code or and I not installing this correctly??

Hi @rob1977, 

Using the email address on file I was able to pull up your Contract # as well as your Autodesk AutoCAD LT for Mac 2015 Serial Number.

If you have downloaded the 2015 version, then on the Activation screen you need to enter your 2015 License details.

As the Contract Manager, you can check your Serial Number and Product Key in Subscription Center via these steps.
