Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

Does this happens with all files, even with files you just created on your Mac?

If so, check THUMBSAVE System variable, it should be 1.

If THUMBSAVE=1, and you still can not see preview of DWG files, than I have a question to you:

Do you have DraftSight (or ARES Commander) application on your Mac? Maybe you need to reinstall AutoCAD.

Maxim

hi maxim,

thanks for the quick answer.

with new drawning that i save, i can see preview image- but-

after restart the computer or after a while (dont know excactly) there is no preview any more.

and i checked the  THUMBSAVE, it is 1.

also,

i dont know what its  ''DraftSight (or ARES Commander) application''

but i format my computer so there are no much application and autocad instalation is new, but the problam is still on.

i just want to say that there are some files that i can see the preview image, not files that i create. most of the files i cant.

thanks a lot

Rachel
