Pline Width Problems

Hello ACAD world,

I have run into an odd issue that when I try to give a pline weight instead of giving me a fat solid line, I am instead getting an outline that looks like a rectangle. I can't seem to figure out what setting I may have changed while playing around with settings in my grad drafting class. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Jonathan,

The case of this issue is in the fact, that view direction in you drawing is not perpendicular to drawing plan.

You have to issue PLAN command:

Command: PLAN     (hit Return here)
Enter an option [Current ucs/Ucs/World] <Current>:      (hit Return here)
Regenerating model.
