Page Setup issues and no printer found

Hi there,

I use AutoCAD 2013 for Mac. I recently had a new router put in and consequently had to reconnect my printer to my laptop (Macbook Pro). Since then, Page Setup Manager has been causing me grief. When I want to create a new page setup, there is no option to select the printer in the 'Start From' dropdown menu. And when I click 'Continue', It takes me to a blank Page Setup Screen.

How do I fix this so I can create new page setups?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
It appears the case is not in new router and in your workflow with reconnecting phisicall printing device.
Which OS do you have on your Mac? If it is Mavericks (10.9.x) than you need to update AC 2013 for Mac with SP2:

if you did not update it after upgrading to Mavericks.
