No advanced button in page setup manager

I have no "advanced" button in my page setup manager. Why is that? Without it I cannot select a pen table to print in monochrome. I have the LT version; is that the reason?

What makes you think it's supposed to have an "advanced" button?
The WIN version doesn't have one.

Do you have a screenshot of one that does?
Found one. So yours does not look like this?

No, it doesn't look like that. The window I see only has the left panel of the one that you show.

What makes me think I should have an "advanced" button is that a lynda.com course I am taking on migrating AutoCAD from Windows to a Mac uses it frequently. The course isn't specific to the LT version; that's why I asked if that was the reason I didn't see it.

EDIT: Never mind. I just found the tiny little expander arrow in the lower right corner that expands the window into two panels. Apparently the "advanced" button was on an earlier AutoCAD release that did this differently. Problem solved.

Thanks!
