Installation Failure on iMac

I cannot get this to Install, I have uninstalled many times with little help from the HelpDesk. After entering serial# and product key at the end of install it fails this is the message sent: Any thoughts?

I am getting exactly the same error and I have a year-old mac pro, fully updated system software and it simply does not work. I can't afford the charge for the help line.
