Defpoints (Dimensions) are not printable

I need to plot my drawing including it's dimensions, but "Plot" checkbox for "Defpoints" layer is not selectable. This has been discussed several times, but I can't find the right way to make the dimensions printable. Or how can I avoid using "Defpoints"?

P.S. Is there any A-Z tutorial how to prepare printings? Every time I have trouble if I try to follow the instructions for AutoCAD Windows. I really like Mac version of AutoCAD. It's really very simple and clean for my eye. I won't use AutoCAD Windows.

Defpoints is specific service layer - it was designed to keep control points of dimensions, the point between AutoCAD calculates measurement and send it to dimension text.
So all objects on Defpoints layer NEVER printed.
You don't need to put dimensions on Defpoints Layer - if you have dimensions on it simply move them to another printable layer.

Sorry, my mistake. Accidently I had drawn the dimensions on the "Defpoints" layer, that's why it won't appear.

Thank you for your help, Maxim!
