If I plot to the Mac OS X built-in PDF printer using one of our custom .ctb files, during the "regeneration" phase of the plot, AutoCAD for Mac crashes. If I use the same .ctb file to print directly to a physical printer, it works just fine. The built-in .ctb files (grayscale, monochrome, etc.) from the Windows version will allow for the pdf plot to go through, but of course without our lineweight settings. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

Thanks, Maxim. Attached is one of our .ctb files, but all are encountering the same issue.
HI,
I have tested your ctb file and in my case AutoCAD does not crash at all. (As I have no of your files, I have made test file with all colors from 1 to 255).
I also have noticed, that your ctb file is rather old (2005) and I have noticed in it strange settings for Lineweights:
Also could you test ctb file edited by me? It is in attachment.
Please, post results, if possible.
Maxim
The file you attached crashed as well. However, I made a copy of one of the included .ctb files (monochrome.ctb) and started changing some of the settings until I got it to crash. When I changed the Line Join Style to "mitre" the crash would occur. So, I took our custom pen style files and changed the Line Join Style from "mitre" to "use object style" and it didn't crash anymore. So, it seems like a bug is in there for the Line Join Style.
Congratulations!
But it is really strange, that on my system I have no crashes.

Thank you so much! I was having the same issue and after changing the line join style I can use my ctb style without crashing. This only started happening to me after the last update so hopefully they will be able fix it soon.
