Cannot open a 2013 dwg file

Hi there,

I cannot open this file from AutoCAD 2013 for Mac. The file format is in AutoCAD 2013. Can anyone please tell me how can I repair the file? If you can do it for me, it will be greatly appreciated!

The size of the file is 9 MB, so I decided to upload it on sendspace.... this is the link...

BTW - you can use www.autocadws.com for converting dwg formats. Upload your file to AutoCAD WS, then download it back (you can choose file format during downloading)

AutoCAD 360 does not help in converting AutoCAD 2013 to AutoCAD 2012 or older. 

I uploaded 2013 CAD drawing to AutoCAD 360, and I tried to download it. There is no option to download into 2012 CAD. WHen i download it anyway, it saves the files in 2013 CAD. 

Autodesk clearly says that, AutoCAD 360 is to view, edit and share files using a web browser. There is no mention of converting CAD files to older verstion of CAD.

Hi,

You have to upload drawing to Autodesk 360, open it in AutoCAD WS editor (not in AutoCAD 360), then

 select "Download" -> DWG -> Select format:

I checked just now - sure it works. I uploaded file in 20143 format and then download it back in 2007 format, checked in AutoCAD and it showed in Command prompt:

"Opening an AutoCAD 2007/LT 2007 format file.
Regenerating model.
AutoCAD menu utilities loaded."

I was able to save in 2010 CAD when i opened it in AutoCAD WS.
