AutoCAD LT Mac 2014 superscript?

Hello,

I am trying to insert a squared "2" symbol in a line of text but pressing ALT+2 or typing '0178 or '2^' etc do not appear to work. The font is Arial. Do I need to download another font? Apologies if this is a simple question!

Cheers!

Hi,

To insert squared symbol you can use MTEXT Visor: while you are in MTEXT editing mode expand MTEXT Visor (at the top of the screen) with small arrow at the right of Visor, this will display additional editing options - look for Insert symbol icon, pick on it and select squared symbol from the list- it will be inserted at the current cursor position.
For more complex Superscript and Subscript you need to use Stacking feature.
