autocad LT HELP

What is the best way to get help from Autocad for Mac LT 2013? Is this the only way via posting on this community? Is there no way to live text with a support person? Please dont tell me that virtual chat thing which directs me to additional questions.

You should be able to bounce some questions off of your reseller.

To talk to someone, you have to buy "talking to" subscription services, either through a local reseller who knows what a MAC is or through Autodesk. Or you could try the Autodesk 'pay as you go' support option but they tap your credit card before you even ask a single thing.

For free support, you are posting in the correct location.
If you are a student, contact your school or ask a tutor.

It's best if you contact an authorized Autodesk dealer/reseller in your region of the world for that type of purchase.
