AutoCAD LT 2013 for Mac - Service Pack 1 Fails with OSX 10.9.4

I had to re-install my macbook, now OSX 10.9.4

I have run the LT 2013 install - Autocad will now not launch (bouncing dock icon that eventually times out)

Sadly when I run the Service pack 1 and 2 installers they fail with the helpful message "The Updater has failed" - see screenshot attached.

Any words of wisdom gratefully received.

Jon

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

The latest installation package of AutoCAD LT 2013 already contains SP1, so try to restart your Mac and then install SP2.

If this will not help, try to remove AC LT installation with "RemovecAutocad LT" application which is inside AutoCAD LT 2013 folder in Applications. During removing AutoCAD uncheck "Leave my preferences", then install AutoCAD again and apply SP2

Try this link:
http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...

Select Dounloads, then Mac products, than AC LT 2013

This is really helpful, thank you.

So using the downloaded installer I can now run autocad again which is a big step forward.

I still get the "updater failed" message when running SP2 though.

Actually .. this fixed it:

1.)  Navigate to folder /User/Shared/

2.)  Remove the folder _adsk with sudo command:
sudo rm –f _adsk

3.)  Try to re-install the service pack

All good now !
