Hello Everyone,
I do some IT work for a company who is currently running AutoCAD 2012 LT. I've never had to troubleshoot AutoCAD for them and have zero expierence. So, figured I'd turn to the community and try find some help.
The issue is when printing. The user will bring up the print dialog, setup his paper size, and then attempt to edit the page setup by clicking the "Edit Page Setup..." button. Once he clicks this button, nothing every happens. AutoCAD doesn't completely freeze, it's just useless until you force quit the application and reload it.
I have a hunch it can't pull up the Page setup dialog because it doesn't exist? Reason being is the label "Page Setup <None". Not completely sure though, just hoping for some suggestions. Screenshot attached.
Thanks!

Hi,
What OS do you have on your Mac?
If it is Mavericks (10.9.x), than this issue could be because of AutoCAD 2012 for Mac is not compatible with Mavericks.

Trying a reinstall. It turns out they purchased through the App Store and the Update option would just report back an error code. I've removed the app and have it reinstalling now. Hopefully this will clean the issues up.
For AC LT 2012 for Mac from AppStore latest version is "F.51.M.310"
You can verify it with _VERNUM command:
Command: _VERnum
_VERNUM = "F.51.M.310" (read only)
In order to reset settings to defailt you can also use "Reset application options" button on Application tab of AutoCAD LT preferences, or trash com.autodesk.autocadlt.plist file from ~/Library/Preferences folder (Library folder inside Home folder)
