Dear AutoCAD users,

The Public Beta of the next version of AutoCAD for Mac is now available for everyone to test.

What can I do in Beta?

- Download the Beta version of AutoCAD for Mac and try the new features.
- Provide feedback directly to the development team, including bugs, ideas, feature requests, etc.
- Get timely response from the development team.
 
Please note:
You will need to sign the non-disclosure agreement ("Pre-Release Products Testing Agreement”) before participating in the Alpha/Beta program. Everything discussed in the Alpha/Beta forums is covered under your non-disclosure agreement. 

For previous Alpha users, you can see the Beta on beta.autodesk.com now and no need to register again.

Hello, i wanna know if this version have compatibily with the new OS El Capitan, cause im having problems with Autocad 2015 after Capitan update. Thanks for your atention

Hi jimvinrom1,

I am not sure what issue you met in AutoCAD 2015 on El Capitan. Generally speaking the new version of AutoCAD is better supporting the new OS El Capitan.

If you see the issue still existing in the Beta, you can log a bug and we will definitely research and try to provide fix.

Hi Autodesk Team,

I've got AutoCAD 2015 which was working fine with OSX Yosemite but when I upgraded today to El Capitan, it crashes everytime. Is this something you are fixing now?

I'm currently downloading the Mandalore Beta 2 and I hope it will work this time.

Hi everyone!

I'm a student and I just have installed the Autocad Mandalore, but I don't have any SERIAL NUMBER. I tried with my student serial number but it doesn't work. What can I do?

It happens exactly the same to me. I dont know what serial number is used there. It is said that the serial number is provided at the left hand side of the website but I dont find any information about that. If someone finds how to activate the beta version, please, just let us know.

Hi!!!!

I have found it!!!! you have to go to AUTOCAD DOWNLOADS were you downloaded the beta version, and if you look UNDER THE BETA DOWNLOAD you will see AUTOCAD MANDALORE SERIAL NUMBER!!!! click there and that’s al!!!

If you're registered you can go to this page and click on the serial number link.

Have you logged to Autodesk Beta portal?
You can see your serial for Beta only when you logged to AutoCAD for Mac Beta project.
The link to your serial is on the left side, near the link to Downloads section.
If you downloaded Beta installer from Beta portal, you should be able to see your serial.

Hi there,

i am a student and have  an educational copy of autocad, when i download the Beta version Mandalore Beta 2 - my product key is not accepted - how can i get to use this beta version as i have a project to finish and autocad is no longer supported by el capitan?

I have the same problem, also mac user with El Capitan, only I'm a student at the university of Ghent, Belgium and we have a prety hard working rate, so could you estimate the time that it would take to fix this? Cause I'm kind of desprette?

Hi Midas,

Not long at all. Follow the instructions. The download and install I think took less than an hour.
See previous posts for where to find serial number and key.
