AUTOcad for mac print dialog box error

I'm getting a real strange print dialog box in AUTOcad (see attached picture).

There are a bunch of options I can't access right where it says DPI: 300

(which i also cannot click on)

Anyone seen this before?

Also, help?

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

Could you specify AutoCAD version you are using and OS on your Mac?

If you are using AutoCAD 2013 for Mac on Mavericks, be sure to install SP2 for AC for Mac:

When do you get this error?
If you get it during attempt to mount DMG file, than try to redownload it again.
