AutoCAD 2013 project manager->publish

I have a few questions concerning the publish option in project/sheet manager

firts of all, is it possbile to publish the whole project to AutoCAD WS online?

second..

it seems that the the default publish option within the project manger (pdf and the location) depends of the last batch publish within autocad itself, i am right? so when i want to change the location, it have to do this in the batch publish option from the file menu of autocad? then when i do an overide (right click within the project manager to my "A3-monochrome-scale to fit" pagesetup) within the project manager it publish to pdf and on the location set by this?

would be nice it that can be done within the project manager itself, or am i missing something...

 also an option to publish to the AutoCAD WS (Upload drawing(s) online)
