AutoCAD 2013 fails to launch on MAC please help

Hello every one i just downloaded autoCAD 2013 for my mac because my teacher suggested to have it on my computer for homework  and i have installed it and enterd the student serial and key but wen i try to launch it the splash screen says loading and after 5-10 seconds it disapears  my computer does seem to meet requierments here they are:

 

running on osx 10.7.2
