AutoCAD 2011 Update 1 Crash

I have a user with a Mid 2012 Macbook Pro on 10.7.5 that is trying to install Update 1 for AutoCAD 2011 and when he clicks the first Continue button the installer crashes. Tried clearing caches to no avail. Any ideas?  I have attached the relevant portion of the log below as well as the crash report.
