Autocad 2011 for Mac - Missing commands

Several commands do not work in the AutoCAD 2011 for mac version. The shortcuts are on the CUI interface, but when you try these shortcuts or type the command, they don't work (message: unknown command).

Example (among others):

_qselect  (Quick select)

_drawingrecovery (drawing recovery manager)

Thanks in advance for your help solving this.

On Mountain Lion you can run AutoCAD 2012, 2013 and 2014 AutoCAD ( applies to both - full and LT versions).
And about your MacBook age: if it is from 2007 year (are you sure about this?) than according to system req you can not run AC 2011 on it.
