Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

There is no AutoCAD for Mac 2010 version, the first contemporary version of AutoCAD for Mac is 2011.
Are you sure you asking about AutoCAD for Mac?

Anyway, could you provide more details:
- Do you have such issue only with this particular drawing received from partner? Or AutoCAD stops responding in each drawing?
- How complex is this DWG? Is it 3D? Does it have external references attached? Was it created with one of AutoCAD verticals or with plain AutoCAD?

You can also sk your question here:

You write strange things:
"-yes only in this drawing"
And at the same time:
"it affects the other file too even new created files" - the second part states that the issue is in ALL files.
Where is the truth?

Have you tried to reset AutoCAD?
