If you installed the last SP3 for AutoCAD 2013 for Mac (AutoCAD2013SP3.dmg), than:
Here is what you can try:
- download trial version of AutoCAD 2015 for Mac - http://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad/free-trial
- install it to your Mac
- run it once (maybe this step is optional, not really sure) and close (quit AutoCAD 2015)
- try to launch AutoCAD 2013, now it should start.
- remove AutoCAD 2015 trial version from your Mac (or you can leave it - as you want).

EDIT:
Please, report here if it helped you.
This fix works for pre or post OS X Yosemite.
Now for the interesting part. At the start of this investigation process I filed a case claim with Autodesk. I had everything operation, again, by the time I received a call but did receive a call. The interesting part is I was told 2013 AutoCadLT is not (yet) compatible with OS X Yosemite. The tech was completely baffled how this all worked. Maxim_k saved the day! Thank you!!
Autodesk has finally provided a compatible install for Yosemite
Autocad for MAC 2013 includes the latest Service pack: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-2013-...
