I had the 2010 AutoCAD version on my computer (MAC) and recently installed the 2014 one. I found out that I need to install a Service Pack because of the iOS I'm now using (Mavericks) to enable AutoCAD to run properly. So as I tried to install it, I received the following message: "The installer has detected that you have an active AutoCAD instance running on this computer by user ____. Please close all active instances of AutoCAD and Retry."
I already closed all AutoCAD windows and searched on the "Terminal" to see if there was any AutoCAD program that I was missing, but there wasn't.
What should I do next?
Thanks!

Hello marinavecchio, welcome to the community!
Have you tried re-booting your computer to ensure there are no background processes running that you are unaware of? Please let me know if this allows you to install the service pack.
