Yes, you can install AutoCAD for Windows inside Virtual Machine using Parallels Desktop application,
The only one difference between Intel Mac and Mac with M chip is that you need ARM version of Windows.
If you will install Parallels Desktop, you will be able to download the installer for this ARM version and install Windows inside Virtual Machine.
