Rtext, diesel and Xref dates

Is there any code within Rtext and Diesel that will allow rtext to display the date of an xref?

We have a plotdate block that lists (vertically) the name of the time and date, dwg including path and user, and alos lists the xrefs (horizontally).

We would like to have the last saved date of the xrefs displayed as well.

pltdate block attached - we insert it in the lower left corner of the titleblock; handy thing about it is that it does not matter if the titleblock is inserted or xrefed, the pltdate info is always for the current drawing.

i think it is not possible because last date saved is not a property of xref inside autocad so it can only be accessed if the xref is opened and Rtext and diesel are not capable of that
