Looking for an express tool similar to line break (see attached)

I am looking for an express tool that is similar to the line break but is more like a pipe break. See attached for reference.

Is this a 2D or 3D part??

If it is 2D you can create the break as a block and insert it in your toolpallete and insert it when you need it?

We use a 1-unit sized block that we INSERT and size as needed (part of the INSERT command process). Nothing special needed.
