Express Tools linked to Crashes in ADT2 on Win2k?

We have ADT2 (Network version) in stalled throughout our firm and WinNT40 on
all but two stations. When opening drawings that contain wipeouts on
WinNT40 machines, no problems. However we are unable to open these drawings
on stations running ADT2 on Win2k. If we uninstall Express Tools (1-9) on
the Win2k machines the drawings open fine, however, we can open these
drawings successfully on WinNT40 machines with the Express tools (1-7 or
1-8) installed. Is there a problem with the Express Tools (1-9) cooperating
with Win2k?
