is there a way to keep "word wrap" off?

IF you are using the Express Tool TXT2MTXT, you have to hit ENTER again
after you start the command, and manually turn it off.
I have not come across a master setting to keep it off for every use,
without doing the above in each session.

no i have the problem that it reverts back "on" after each use... forget
each drawing..
