AUTOCAD 2015 LT express tools

Hi, I checked in the search box but i didn't found anything. I would know if I will buy a Autodesk 2015 LT licence, I will be able to use the express tools? I'm not intrested about 3D drawing but I need the express tools for the import and export of the block's attributes. Thanks to everyone.

LT, the cheapest version of the AutoCAD line of products, does not come with LT, never has, probably never will.
