PLC improvements

Hi again!

Some new things wich can be better:

1) PLC I/O Component Connection report. At the first it's necessary to remove lines with non-connected outputs. At list in dialog window should be check-box like "include unused pins" for those cases when it is needed. At the second PLC-pin description is lost for used I/O points. And at the last, order of components is wrong: PLC1, PLC10, PLC11, PLC12, PLC2, PLC3. We can of course use format 01, 02, 03, but it is not something what we want.

2) If I update adresses in Whole PLC module, I want to get question about to update single i/O points, it could be arganized like a dialog.
