Better Pinlist Checking - Using undefined pins isn't caught

Currently, if you have a parent that carries a pinlist, you can add a child and give it pins that aren't on the list and there is nothing that checks those against the pinlist.  It doesn't happen in the component edit dialog nor in the Electrical Audit.

I think ideally that if I enter pins that don't match the defined pinlist, I should get a warning at least.  Similar to when I change a parent catalog I get prompted that the pins may have changed.  I would think a check when comitting changes to trap for that condition would be most beneficial.

And an electrical audit should check for pins that don't match the defined pinlist.

Did a little more checking and I can duplicate pins easily.  I know you wouldn't expect people to type in pins when they can pick them from a list, but rest assured, someone will.
