Balloon update

Balloon update

This idea is based on a post in the discussion forum

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-electrical-general/panel-balloon-auto-update/td-p/4325677

Need a way to update all balloons without having to re-insert each one. Updates could include:

1. balloon and text size

2. balloon type\shape

Would be nice to be able to select which balloons, do active drawing, or pick drawings from project.

It is often seen that with the change in item number or may not be desirable to keep the balloon, user need to delete them manually. Introduce the idea of balloon processing capability in the "Project tool" like it is there for "Wire Number" processing.

Add capability to delete the balloon will also help to great deal if user wants to refresh them

This would be very useful as a permanent feature.
