Allow longer tags

The TAGNAME field in the COMP table of the project database has a field length of 64 characters. The Autocad Electrical dialog boxes allow to enter 25 characters. Which is much, but in some cases we need more characters (to meet our standard in the way cables are tagged).

You are able to "hack" this, by editing the wds1ed.dcl file. This is the definition for many of the dialog boxes in AcadE.

The "attribute" edit_limit is the one you should change. 256 is the maximum value.

This being said, I totally agree. This also goes for the installation/location fields.
