Everytime I xref a drawing that has wire layers in it, the layers are added to the drawing as DWGNAME|WIRES, etc. Well, this causes a problem because "|" symbols arent acceptable characters in a wire layer. Can it be made so that that symbol is allowed? If I try to delete these added layers from the create/edit wiretype tool I get sent into a neverending battle with the ok button telling me that "|" character is not allowed. Only fix for this is to end the program through task manager and lose work from the drawing. The ability to use xrefs and wire layers in the same drawing is very useful to use when doing communications layouts and network drawings.
