Wire numbering - why not as preset sequence but -, -A, -B, -C...

Hi, I have implemented a PLC module and have used the parametric connectors. After setting up everything, source and destination etc through my 20 drawings of this panel I then try to label wire numbers and it didnt worked out well. All connectors start with e.g. 1 and then depending on the pins, 1A, 1B 1C and then 2 2A 2B 2C etc. How can I set it to only go on with e.g. 601, 602, 603 project wide? Would changing the default wiring sequence to sequential in the project properties Wire Numbers dialog give the desired result?
