Is there a way to exclude wires on certain layers from showing up in reports?

if you go to from to report

when you get to the report generator stage  select user post

there is an option to select certain layers to report

you filter the ones you want

otherwise you can select edit mode at the report generator stage

and you edit delete individual wires as required before you generate a report
