Wire/cable information to Inventor

Hi,
What is the report to use for transferring wire/cable information from ACADE to AIP Cable and Harness Library?

The report to use is not listed as a schematic or panel report, it is it's own command called "Autodesk Inventor Professional Export."

The command is found under the schematic report flyouts on the icon menu and tool palettes. In the pulldown menus, it is located at Projects > Reports > Autodesk Inventor Professional Export.

This tool exports wire/cable information to create the wires and cables in AIP, but does not create the appropriate content in the library of AIP. This will have to be completed separately.

Thanks for reply...
However, I need to know the method for transferring the wire information (wire type, diameter...etc) to AIP, not the connection information which is included to the xml -file. Or do we have to put them manually into Cable and Harness Library?

You will need to make a Inventor wire library. Then make sure the wire layers in ACADE match that library.

See the attachments on Thread: Newbie question - Layers, are you kidding?

Also my 3d Wire library attached here.
