Windows " Open" , " Save " and " Save as" disappeared

Hello everyone
I have a problem with Autocad Electrical 2015
For example, if I try to open a file , it does not open the window classic , but brings me back to the command line .
Same if I try to save or save as
Possible that Autodesk has made the same mistakes with Windows updates ?
Please can you give me a solution ?

Is everything else working ok?

Try to type FILEDIA at the command line, and press enter. Then set this property to 1. Try to open again....

sorry I can take advantage to make a other question
I looked around on the internet but I found little arguments about the connection between AutoCAD and Excel
in particular it is possible to excel manipulate attributes of a block ?

Yes, no problem.

Use these two buttons:

1. Export project data to excel (or some other format)

2. Import project data from excel (or some other format)

While in excel, columns with a header within parenthesis's, like (HDL),  are not editable.
