What is happening with my reference box here?

Ok so for some reason the reference box's on my relay coil join 2 cells together? so effectively the text is the right size, yet the box-cell size is twice as big? i have attached a photo showing what i mean and and arrow pointing to a different component showing what it should look like.

any ideas?

regards

James

My guess is that the contact for that reference is a Form-C contact. A Form-C contact would normally join 2 cells for the reference number while the other columns like the pins (which you have suppressed) would use single cells. I've attached an example.

So I think AutoCAD Electrical is assuming since it is a form-c that the reference will need 2 cells. I can log this as an issue.

Using the table with only the reference column included might be unusual which may be why it hasn't been reported before.
