First look if it is still precent on your system.
You should be able to locate it in this directory:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2006\Libs\panel

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am using 2005.
But it still isn't on the harddrive

Are there any other drawing files on your hard drive in the panel folder? There should be quite a number of files that ACE uses to merge onto "dumb" footprints to make them "smart." Look for wd_ptag_addattr_comp.dwg. The wd_ptag.dwg resides in the same folder. In case yours got lost I will attach one.
