Vault basic client for 2015 Electrical

We have a new installation of Electrical 2015 that we installed, but it did not install the vault basic client with it. I went back to the installation startup and do not even have the option to install the client. I searched the installation I downloaded from our subscription and can not find the client on there either. Any ideas where the vault basic installer is?
