Title Block Update - Updating All Drawings in a Project

I've been able to make changes and use the Title Update and select Project Wide, select all the drawings but it only updates the first drawing. I have to activate the drawing that did not get updated and then go to the Title Update and select Active Drawing and the drawing updates fine. Is there a way to have it update all the drawings in the project so I don't have to go and activate each drawing and then go to the Title Update for each drawing?

Thanks.
Dawn

Do you get any errors at the command line? You
might try turning on the Command Trace Mode (Projects -> Extras -> Command
Trace Mode -> Command Trace Mode On). This will show more on the command line
to see if it is stopping at a certain point. Copy and paste everything on the
command line into a posting here and maybe that will help.

You can also try selecting the Activate each
drawing to process check box in the lower left. See if that makes any difference
although it should process all drawings selected without activating each one.
This check box is more for any custom functions within the title block file that
requires teh drawings to be active.

If you are using a .wdt file can you post it here
so I can take a look at it? Or if the project isn't too big maybe you can zip it
up and email it to me directly at
href="mailto:pat.murnen@autodesk.com">pat.murnen@autodesk.com
.

In short, it should process all drawings you
select. So these are ideas on how to determine why it isn't.

Thank you Pat.

No I don't get any errors.

I'll try your suggestions when I get a chance. Right now I've moved on to using the symbol builder so I will have to revisit this issue at a later time.

Just be aware that if you are using more than 1
layout page per drawing, that the update will only work on the first layout
page.
