Title Block Update Problem

I have a coversheet Title Block that has the same text in two different places, but the Title Block Update feature only updates one of the instances.  What I did was copy the smaller ones from the border and move them to the center of the sheet and increase the text height.  That's it.  Otherwise, they should be identical.  Yet, only the text that is in the border get udated when I run the utility.  Any ideas you could provide would be most appreciated.

If the attribute is nested, ie. you copied an inserted attribute and then wblocked it, that nested attribute will NOT update unless you open the block in block editor and update it manually.

Don't know if that is the problem you face, but it is a place to start.

You can set two different attributes to the same value using the WD_TB block.

For example, I have the description located in two different locations.

I have

DESC1=DD1 and

DWGDESC1=DD1

Both appear when the titleblock update is run.

Thanks for the info.  I was able to solve my problem by changing the name of the duplicated texts and adding the new designations to the WD_TB.
