Terminal Strip Editor Tabular Display

I'm trying to create reports for the terminal strip that leave no room for misunderstanding with the panel shop.

The multilevel terminals have descriptions for the levels such as Upper, Lower or something like that but that does not appear anywhere in the Data Fields to Include.  Is there some way of including the level information?  The table that is created shows everything perfectly if I could get those level descriptions included.
