Terminal Strip Editor Rebuild Function

Hi,
Does anyone else have this problem:
I insert a terminal strip. I can move it, everything is ok.
Then I do a rebuild of the terminal strip. I try to move the terminal strip but the attribute stubbornly stay at their original spot. I've tried it with move component and the regular AutoCAD move, it always has this problem. I can move the attribute manually or rebuilt the terminal strip to fix this but that's not very efficient.
I included a before and after in the attachment.

Yep, I've come across this as well. The only solution I've found is to
Re-Insert the strip.

I don't recall if it had this problem before SP1 was installed.
Anyone out there not installed the service pack yet want to give
it a try before and after installing the service pack to see if that's the
cause?
