I have installed the latest AutoCAD Electrical 2013 after using 2012. I have made a few symbols and I find the default file path attempts to place any new symbols in the 2012 directory. Where can I change the default library location for new symbols?
Thanks
Casey
Hello,
Try to change the symbol lib path for your activated project in project manager should help. As the symbol build default file path is the same as the symbol lib path for your activated project in project manager

Thank you Robin. That resolved the problem. Could you please communicate this issue to the developers?
I am guessing I may have used a prior project as a template and version 13 did not recognize the prior paths were based upon an older version. It would be nice to have a pop-up noting the template is based upon an older version.
Thanks again,
Casey Heater

Use the PLC Editor, just like in all the other versions.
